Completed in December 1998, Temple Square is a vibrant mixed-use scheme at the forefront of the regeneration of Liverpool city centre. The site forms a natural link between the existing retail and leisure areas of Church Street and Cavern Quarter and provides new residential and working areas where original Victorian architecture and its contemporary counterpart exist in perfect harmony in an urban environment. Two former office buildings were demolished to provide space for a new project which provided in total some 150,000 sq ft of high-quality office space and modern underground car parking facilities. Two former warehouses dating back to Victorian times were totally refurbished to create 52 luxury apartments to complete the scheme. The superb craftsmanship, quality and style are hallmarks of the interiors of these apartments which are the epitome of urban chic sophistication.
