Completed in January 2008, the project involved the conversion of a beautiful classic art deco building into luxury apartments. The building was sympathetically refurbished to combine modern construction methods and materials with authentic period styling, a process which demanded intense research and performance testing. The building now houses a number of sophisticated apartments, complete with high-quality fitted kitchens and sumptuous bathrooms.
